Microworm & grindal worm cultures
Newborn fish are too small for flake food. Microworms and grindal worms are the easiest live foods to keep going on a kitchen shelf, and they're what most breeders feed fry in their first weeks.
- Microworms: tiny nematodes for the smallest fry (livebearers, bristlenose, killifish, cichlids). A culture lasts a couple of weeks before it needs splitting.
- Grindal worms: larger, for juveniles and small adult fish.
We send starter cultures with simple instructions, by ordinary mail.
