Monte Carlo carpeting plant

Monte Carlo, Micranthemum tweediei, comes from Argentina. Its small, round, light-green leaves grow on creeping stems and form a dense carpet 3–5 cm high within about two months.

Tropica rates it medium on light and CO₂ (about 6–14 mg/L). With good light it stays low and compact; in weak light it grows upward instead of carpeting.
