Golden oyster mushroom kit

Golden oyster (Pleurotus citrinopileatus) grows in bright yellow bouquets with a delicate, nutty flavour. It fruits well in warm rooms.

The thin caps are fragile and cook in moments. Grow it indoors only: this species has escaped cultivation and spread in some North American forests.
