Georgian Crystal seed garlic

Georgian Crystal is a porcelain hardneck from the Republic of Georgia, with 3–7 big cloves. Its flavour is rich but mellow, with little heat, similar to German White or Music.

It's relatively disease-resistant, keeps into spring at room temperature, and does best with cold winters.
