Orange Sakura is a strongly coloured orange Neocaridina davidi, bright enough to read from across a room. It's a good choice when you want colour in a heavily planted tank.

Like the red lines, orange colours best on dark substrate and under good food. Pale or juvenile shrimp often deepen in colour as they settle.

Keeping Orange Sakura shrimp in New England water

Like every Neocaridina, it needs a cycled tank, GH around 6–8 and a stable pH near neutral. Most Massachusetts tap and well water is soft, so check yours with the shrimp water checker or read our New England water guide. Pickup in Groton by arrangement, or shipped Monday to Wednesday.
