Pinto shrimp are a German-bred line of Caridina from crosses between Taiwan Bee and Tiger shrimp. Galaxy Pinto shows dense spots on the head and body. Other Pinto patterns include Skunk (a stripe down the back) and Fishbone (barred, like a fish skeleton).

Pintos need the same soft, acidic water as other bee shrimp.
